Take home a piece of WorldSkills Shanghai 2026

The 48th WorldSkills Competition is bringing the world of skills to life with the high-level Competition, but also through a collection of official licensed merchandise.
Designed around the event’s mascots, skills sectors and Shanghai identity, the products offer fans a fun and tangible way to celebrate the Competition and preserve their memories.
Among the most popular are plush blind-box figures featuring the Competition’s mascots, Neng Neng and Qiao Qiao. The two characters appear in outfits inspired by six skills sectors: Transportation and Logistics, Construction and Building Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering Technology, Creative Arts and Fashion, Information and Communication Technology, and Social and Personal Services.
The figures can be clipped onto backpacks as playful accessories or collected as a complete set. Neng Neng and Qiao Qiao also take on different professional roles in a series of collectible badges, offering another way to explore the diverse world of skills.

The collection also includes a badge featuring the WorldSkills Competition logo and a rotating four-leaf-clover element inspired by the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), the venue for this year’s competition.

For those who appreciate craftsmanship, a mortise-and-tenon piece offers a hands-on experience of traditional Chinese joinery.
For fans looking for something more interactive, an AI-powered version of the mascots features conversational and character-development activities, allowing users to chat about WorldSkills and engage with them in playful ways.

Some of the merchandise is designed to become part of everyday life. Plush transit cards based on Neng Neng and Qiao Qiao can be used on public transportation in more than 330 cities across China and also come with Shanghai Pass benefits. A compact sports crossbody bag, meanwhile, pairs a simple WorldSkills design with a practical form suited to everyday use.

Some products are currently available for pre-order. Fans can purchase the merchandise through the Competition’s official online channels.
