SIPG Logistics Co., Ltd. (SIPG Logistics) was established in 2006 as a core enterprise in the port logistics sector wholly owned by Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.(SIPG). Headquartered in Shanghai, the company has over 30 branches, subsidiaries, and equity-invested companies across China, forming a service network centered on Shanghai and covering major regions including East China, North China, South China, and Southwest China. Its core business consists of three segments: port support services, shipping agency, and third-party logistics, encompassing a full range of logistics services such as international freight forwarding, warehousing and storage, multimodal transport, and hazardous cargo storage and transportation. The company has been honored with titles including 5A-Level Logistics Enterprise, National Advanced Logistics Enterprise, Top 100 Chinese Logistics Enterprises, and Shanghai Civilized Unit.
Since 2017, SIPG has served as China's lead training base for the "Logistics and Freight Forwarding" skill at WorldSkills Competition. Leveraging the Group’s resources, SIPG Logistics has actively assisted in training Shanghai candidates and national team members for several editions of the WorldSkills Freight Forwarding competition, providing hands-on training in core operations such as import/export freight forwarding, hazardous cargo transport, and project logistics. At the 46th WorldSkills Competition, Chinese competitors won the first gold medal in the "Logistics and Freight Forwarding" , and successfully retained the gold medal at the 47th WorldSkills Competition.
